Allow Screen Time access in Settings inside fillin lockin. Choose distracting apps, then add a schedule, start Block now, or set a daily limit.

Individual or combined limits

Individual gives each selected app and website its own budget. Each selected category shares one budget across its apps. Combined shares one budget across the whole selection and blocks all selected items when it runs out. Limits reset at midnight.

On iOS 17.4 and later, earlier usage today counts. A limit can be reached immediately after saving.

If an app stays blocked

Reopen fillin lockin to refresh expired restrictions. Check for overlapping schedules or reached daily limits. An active block can’t be ended early inside the app. You can still change, pause or delete the schedule behind a running block, or change a reached limit, and your changes apply after the block ends or at midnight. App deletion may be restricted until all blocks and reached limits expire.

Support chat

In the app, Settings → Chat with support opens an automated assistant. It can help with blocks and with deleting apps, and it can open an email to the developer with the chat in it. Messages are sent to our service on Cloudflare to write the reply, and we do not save them.

Screen Time access

If access was revoked, allow it again in Settings inside the app. iOS controls background delivery. fillin lockin cannot prevent changes to Screen Time permission.

Personal focus, no account

This release has weekly schedules, quick blocks, daily limits and local usage reports. Family management and the Safari extension are reserved for a later release.

Pricing

This version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. We plan to offer paid features later. Any price is shown in the App Store before you buy, and nothing is charged without your confirmation.
